OUR COUPLES OFTEN ASK
We understand that every couple is unique and we will work to make your dreams come true.
Here are some responses to the questions that as Two Clicks we often get asked.
While we have included some of the usual suggestions, we’ve also personalized our answers to share some of the topics we find most interesting.
If you need more specific info, please feel free to contact us via email at info@twoclicks.gr or via our contact form.
How do we book you for our wedding day?
Love stories are our passion and there is nothing we love more than to capture raw emotions, laughs, hugs, tears.
Are we on the same page?
Then don’t hesitate to get in touch through the contact form or email directly at info@twoclicks.gr.
Once the contract & retainer are received, you are officially a Two Clicks Photography wedding couple!
Do you deliver every photo of our wedding day?
We always deliver the best photographs of your wedding day.
We usually delete double images, test shots, missed focused shots, shots with bad expressions and other images that may destroy the overall effect.
Having a long experience in processing millions of images every year, we only deliver the best ones.
When can we expect to see our photos?
We work with Digital Galleries to make your access to your photos easy and stress-free.
About 8-12 weeks after your wedding day, we will email you with a password to your Personal Digital Gallery and some instructions on how to use it.
Your Digital Gallery will contain high resolution photos, free of logos or typography, all tone and color adjusted, and available for immediate printing.
You can easily download them to any device (PC, Tablet, Mobile) or share them with your loved ones on social media platforms.
Do you provide the RAW files from our wedding day?
We deliver high resolution images in JPEG format.
We typically do not provide RAW (unprocessed) files from our shoots because we believe in delivering a finished product.
However, on demand, we may provide RAW images along with our post-produced JPG’s for an additional charge and some restrictions.
What happens if the shooting exceeds the allotted time?
We understand that not everything goes as planned during a wedding. We never pack up before the allotted time and of course we never leave earlier.
However, if you wish us to stay longer there will be an extra charge as specified in your contract.
Do you do destination weddings?
Of course! Two Clicks Photography is based in Greece, and we will be more than happy to travel wherever you wish us to, as we are available for shootings worldwide.
For long distance events, flight fees, transportation, as well as accommodation depend on the location, number of shooting days and time of the year.
We’re very busy and won’t be able to meet. Are there any other options?
Well, knowing our couples before their wedding is essential.
We’d love to hear about your story and your style, what inspires you, what makes your day, your expectations.
If it is not possible then sit comfortable on your sofa, have your favorite cup of coffee and email or better skype us with your every question, and we are willing to discuss about everything you want and plan your wedding day together so that we make your dreams come true!
Do you provide videography services?
Seeking to have your memories documented beyond print? We are always happy to suggest amazing wedding industry videography experts to grant your wishes.
Do you offer prints & albums?
Absolutely! We are happy to offer a variety of albums & prints. There are several albums for you to choose, all of which can be found on the print page.
